Several of our Kushfly customers have been asking us, “What is a spliff joint?”. Technically, a spliff and a joint are two separate items. And of course, we also have our favorite blunts. If you are new to the world of weed, you might use these terms interchangeably without knowing they are entirely different items. Let us take a look at the differences between a spliff, joint, and blunt to learn more.
Spliff vs Joint
Like a joint, a spliff is usually created with white cigarette shells or rolling paper. Spliffs and joints also have both crutches and cannabis. The difference between a joint and a spliff is that a spliff also has tobacco mixed in with cannabis. Interesting – a spliff is starting to sound like a blunt the more we learn about it.
Spliff vs Blunt
Now when we say a spliff has tobacco and cannabis mixed together, you might think, “Isn’t a spliff just a blunt?”. Well, technically no. A spliff usually contains more tobacco than a blunt, allowing you to feel more of an uplifting buzz. Because you can make your own spliff, it is up to you if you would like to play with the ratio of tobacco and weed. Whereas spliffs are rolled in white cigarette paper, blunts are usually rolled in brown cigar paper. Blunts are also bigger than a spliff or a joint and last a lot longer.
