You acknowledge that the possession, use, cultivation, distribution, and sale of cannabis are subject to various laws, rules, and regulations. You agree to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations related to cannabis.

Our Website and services do not facilitate the sale or distribution of cannabis products. We do not grow, distribute, or sell cannabis. Any products listed on our Website are offered by third-party sellers, and the prices indicated are suggested donations. These suggested donations are intended to cover the costs associated with the procurement and handling of the products. Any transactions made through our Website are solely between you and these third-party sellers, and we disclaim any responsibility or liability related to such transactions.

By becoming a member and providing your phone number and email address, you consent to receive marketing communications from us. These communications may include marketing emails, text messages, phone calls, and traditional mail. You acknowledge that these communications are intended to inform you about our services, promotions, and other relevant information. You can opt out of these communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the communications or by contacting us directly. Kushfly reserves the right to share their customers email address with its partner company, Juicefly.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your membership and access to the Website at our sole discretion, without notice or liability, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated this Agreement.

11. Changes to the Agreement

We may modify this Agreement at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Agreement on the Website. Your continued use of the Website after such modifications will constitute your acknowledgment of the modified Agreement and your agreement to abide and be bound by the modified Agreement.

KUSHFLY RETURN POLICY

1. Kushfly must be alerted within a 24 hour window from the delivery time, if anything is missing from the order. For any defective product, Kushfly must be notified within a 72 hour window.
2. All non-working cartridges and batteries will be asked to be tested with the driver when the items are first delivered. To claim a free exchange for a non-working battery or a cartridge, the test has to be done during the first delivery. If a non-working item is confirmed in the test, a free exchange will occur immediately. Otherwise, the exchange will be done with the patient’s next order, or a delivery fee will be asked if the patient asks for an immediate exchange. The exchange items will be tested before the replacement takes place.
3. All exchanges or returns must be returned with the item’s original packaging.
4. Missing items will be sent out immediately when the patient is located within the area from our 45 to 60min free delivery zone. For patients located a greater distance, we will deliver the missing item at most in 24 hours.
