Here at Kushfly, we strive to make your cannabis delivery as simple, fast, and discreet as possible. Our menu is sure to appeal to all types of cannabis users with a variety of premium cannabis brands and products to choose from. Orders may be delivered immediately within 60 to 90 minutes or scheduled for a later time slot. We have free delivery options available for every zip code within our zones. Our delivery process is simple and much more convenient than any dispensary. So long as you meet the minimum for your zip code, you will receive your delivery within the designated timeframe.
In order to serve our customers most efficiently, we have updated our delivery procedures. For those located within the two closest delivery zones, there will be an option for instant or scheduled free delivery. For those located in the outermost delivery zone, there will be designated days for scheduled delivery.
Those closest to us qualify for free immediate delivery on subtotals over $75. Subtotals below $75 (minimum $50) have the option for free scheduled delivery (2 hrs in advance) or immediate delivery with an added delivery fee of $5.
Those a bit further out will qualify for immediate delivery on subtotals over $100. Subtotals below $100 (minimum $75) have the option for free scheduled delivery (2 hrs in advance) or immediate delivery with an added delivery fee of $10.
For those located furthest from us, there will be two options for delivery: Thursday 5pm-10pm and Sunday 11am-4pm. You may place your order anytime during the week and schedule a delivery for either day. You will be contacted with a time slot and ETA on the day of delivery. Preferences on time slots will be considered, but may not be guaranteed.
If you need your order delivered sooner than your designated time slot or you are a returning customer and no longer see your zip code on our list, please give us a call at 855-571-0420 and we will do our best to accomodate you.
Missing or Incorrect Products: The Kushfly office must be notified immediately by the driver if anything is incorrect or missing from the order. Customers who refuse this procedure of verification will waive all liability to replace missing products upon signature via Onfleet with the driver. Missing items will be sent out immediately when the patient is located within our $50 free delivery zones. For customers located within a greater distance, we will schedule redelivery for the incorrect/missing item within 24 hours, free of charge. This applies to all products including flowers and edibles. A signature will be required to acknowledge these terms.
Defective Products: If a product is defective, the Kushfly office must be notified within 48 hours from the delivery time in order to schedule a return or exchange without redelivery fee. Items reported past the 48 hour period may qualify for exchanges or returns with a redelivery fee, or for store credit in Kushfly Points. Defects reported after this time may be considered but are not guaranteed replacement. Products for exchange are limited to inventory availability. Flowers and edibles are not included. Customers may need to contact the manufacturer directly to handle said disputes.
Batteries and Cartridges: All cartridges and batteries should be tested by the driver when the items are first delivered. To claim a free exchange for a non-working battery or a cartridge, the test must be done during the first delivery. If a non-working item is confirmed in the test, a free exchange will be scheduled immediately. Customers may refuse the driver’s offer to test the cartridges or batteries, but doing so may disqualify the possibility of exchanges or returns. We cannot accommodate exchanges on products purchased longer than 7 days prior. A signature will be required to acknowledge these terms.
Flowers: There will be no exchanges or returns on opened jars of flower, partially consumed or not. If a patient feels there is some sort of discrepancy, it must be addressed with the driver and prior to opening said product. All sales will be final on opened product.
