To serve our customers most efficiently, we have updated our delivery procedures. For those located within the three closest delivery zones, there will be an option for on-demand or scheduled delivery.
For those in the outermost delivery zone (zone 4), there will be designated days/times for scheduled delivery.
ZONE 1:
Those located in “zone 1″ will qualify for free immediate delivery on totals over $50. There is a $50 minimum to order. Delivery to these areas may take up to 45 minutes*.
ZONE 2:
Those located in “zone 2” will qualify for free delivery on totals over $100. If the order is under $100, there will be a $5 delivery fee. There is a $50 minimum to order in these areas. Delivery to these areas may take up to 45-90 minutes*. Order total below $100 (minimum $50) have the option for free scheduled delivery (2 hours in advance).
ZONE 3:
Those located in “zone 3” will qualify for free delivery on totals over $100. If the order is under $100, there will be a $9.99 delivery fee. There is a $50 minimum to order in these areas. Delivery to these areas may take up to 60-120 minutes*. Order total below $100 (minimum $50) have the option for free scheduled delivery (2 hours in advance).
ZONE 4 (SAME-DAY DELIVERY):
We also offer same-day delivery to our customers in long-distance locations, divided into two delivery areas.
For Long-Distance Area 1, the minimum order amount is $100. The delivery fee is $9.99 for orders under $150, while all orders above $150 qualify for free delivery.
For Long-Distance Area 2, the minimum order amount is $150. We charge a $14.99 delivery fee for orders between $150 and $250, and all orders over $250 qualify for free delivery.

Return Policy
Missing or Incorrect Products: Customers must verify the contents of their order with the driver before the order is completed. The Kushfly office must be notified immediately by the driver if anything is incorrect or missing from the order. Customers who refuse this procedure of verification will waive all liability to replace missing products upon signature via Onfleet with the driver. Missing items will be sent out ASAP when the patient is located within our $50 free delivery zones. For customers located within a greater distance, we will schedule redelivery for the incorrect/missing item within 24 hours, free of charge. This applies to all products including flowers and edibles. A signature will be required to acknowledge these terms.
Defective Products: If a product is defective, the Kushfly office must be notified within 72 hours from the delivery time in order to schedule a return or exchange without redelivery fee. Items reported past the 72 hour period may qualify for exchanges or returns with a redelivery fee, or for store credit in Kushfly Points. Defects reported after this time may be considered but are not guaranteed replacement. Products for exchange are limited to inventory availability.
Flowers and edibles are not included.
Batteries and Cartridges: All cartridges and batteries should be tested with the driver when the items are first delivered. The test must be done during the first delivery to claim a free exchange for a non-working battery and/or a cartridge. If a non-working item is confirmed in the test, a free exchange will be scheduled immediately.
Customers may refuse the driver’s offer to test the cartridges or batteries, but doing so may disqualify the possibility of exchanges or returns. We cannot accommodate exchanges on products purchased longer than 7 days prior. A signature will be required to acknowledge these terms.
Flowers: There will be no exchanges or returns on opened jars of flowers, partially consumed or not. If the user feels some sort of discrepancy, it must be addressed with the driver before opening said product. All sales will be final on opened product.
