How do I earn Fly Stars?

You earn Fly Stars every time you make a purchase. Fly Green members earn 1 Fly Star per $1 spent, Fly Gold members earn 2 Fly Stars per $1 spent, and Fly VIP members earn 3 Fly Stars per $1 spent. You can also earn bonus stars by creating an account (200 stars), making your 2nd purchase (250 stars), leaving a product review (500 stars), and earning 2,000 stars for each successful referral.

Do Fly Stars expire?

Yes. Fly Stars expire 6 months after they are earned. We recommend redeeming your stars regularly so you never miss out on your rewards. Any stars that are not used within 6 months of being earned will be automatically removed from your account.

What happens to my Fly Stars when I redeem a free product?

When you redeem a free product reward, the corresponding Fly Stars are deducted from your balance. The number of stars deducted will match the value of the redeemed product, so your remaining balance will reflect that redemption.

How many stars do I earn when using a free product reward?

When you redeem a free product and place an order, you will earn Fly Stars based on the amount you actually pay after the discount is applied. For example, if your order total after discount is $50, you will earn 50 Fly Stars as a Fly Green member, 100 as Fly Gold, or 150 as Fly VIP.

Tiers are based on your total accumulated Fly Stars balance. Fly Green starts at 200 Fly Stars. Once you reach 1,000 Fly Stars you move up to Fly Gold, and at 5,000 Fly Stars you unlock Fly VIP status. Higher tiers come with bigger discounts, more free items per month, and exclusive perks.
