Clash of Buds: Crown OG vs Mendo Breath

Welcome to Clash of Buds, where we compare 2 champions of flowers regarding their key features. This time, our contestants are the Crown OG and Mendo Breath.

Indica or Sativa?

Both Crown OG and Mendo Breath are powerful indica strains that treat your body the way it needs to be treated.

THC Levels

When we look at the THC scale, Crown OG beats Mendo Breath by 1.2%. Mendo Breath holds 25.2% THC content whereas Crown OG comes with a 26.4% THC level.

Effects

Mendo Breath kicks in very quickly, infusing your mind and body with a pleasant tingling sensation. This sensation quickly becomes a full-fledged buzz, sweeping over you and drawing you down into a heavy couch-locked body high. Your mind will float into a state of hazy pleasure as you lose your physical shape to blissful sedation. Mendo Breath is reported to be ideal for treating inflammation, muscle spasms, chronic pain, or cramps, and persistent stress because of its evening effects and high THC content.

Despite being a very strong 100% Indica, Crown OG will not put you in life support. As you enter a sphere of cerebral cosmic pleasure in Phase I, your consciousness and energy grow. Because Crown OG is a sneaky bud, Phase II will take a few minutes to begin. In Phase II, the user observes stress and anxiety dissipate as the mind transforms into a deep-blue lake capable of introspective thought. You have peace and satisfaction; your body is pain-free, your muscles are relaxed, and you still have enough energy to work! ADHD, anxiety, muscle spasms/cramps, depression, and chronic pain reduction are the most common problems that medical users report relief from with this strain.

Flowers

Crown OG is a reddish Indica with the shape of spades, fluffy and olive-green buds covered in sticky trichome glitter and strewn with bundles of thin orange pistils.

Mendo Breath nugs feature a thick frosty coating of tiny bright white crystal trichomes.  Buds are lumpy, spherical, and minty green with hairy orange hairs.

Smells

When Crown OG is ignited, the deep-woods pine and skunk odor surround you, leaving you with a spicy aftertaste and a sting in the chest when the dense white cloud is exhaled.

The Mendo Breath the on the other hand has a delicious vanilla caramel candy flavor to it, as well as a fresh earthy scent.
