You’re not going to stop breathing and you are not going to die… Try to take your mind off it. Watch tv for the distraction, or lie down and take a nap.”

Tishler cautions against taking anything to take care of it, regardless of what the world wide web advocates. “CBD will not work. Chewing peppercorns is utterly harmful. Some commercial products exist but are not necessarily secure.”
